1. Controller

2. Access logs

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) processes technical access data: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating and securing the site). Logs are deleted or anonymised within 30 days.

3. Cookies and tracking

We only set cookies strictly necessary for operating the site (e.g. session and language preference). Analytics and marketing cookies are set only after explicit consent via our consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Consent management is provided by Usercentrics GmbH, Sendlinger Straße 7, 80331 Munich, Germany.

4. Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics

After consent, Google Tag Manager is loaded (provider: Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The Tag Manager itself sets no analytics cookies but can load further tags such as Google Analytics 4. Transfer of personal data to the United States is possible; legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) in conjunction with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, your information is processed to handle the request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR). We delete requests when they are no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

6. User account and payments

On registration and subscription we process your name, email, delivery address and payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.; we do not store card data ourselves. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

7. Transactional email

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France) for order confirmations, invoices and status messages. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

8. Images and media (DigitalOcean Spaces)

Artwork images and other media are served from the S3-compatible DigitalOcean Spaces object storage, EU region Frankfurt.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). Requests: [email protected].
